What Is Respite Care?

Respite care is often referred to as relief care. Essentially this is when a caregiver will come in for full-time assistance for a length of time. The caregiver will be coming in temporarily to help out the family caretaker by taking their place, even though the family still has autonomy over any decision on their loved one.

Respite care is here to be a shoulder to lean on while you’re full-time caretaking. We know that caretaking can be very hard and demanding, reason why we are here to help. Here at Elder Care Bliss Home Care, we want to help out in any way possible.
